Canceling Your Subscription
We absolutely understand - things change. Here's what to do if you would like to cancel your Subscription.
You can manage your Subscription directly from the Sell with AMI app:
- Open the app
- Tap the Account tab (right-most tab with gear icon)
- Tap Account & Subscription under the Account Settings header
- Tap Subscription
- Here, you will be able to see the status of your account, when it renews, and how to cancel.
If you are still on your trial or just ended your trial: we never collect payment information unless you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid plan. No action is needed at the end of your trial if you wish to stay on our free plan. You will be downgraded to the free plan once your trial period ends.
